Key Objectives & Responsibilities include: 

      Overall Management of Planners and Customer Service deptartment within Retail Office Staff in SJG. 

      Control and management of Fuelling System across Dublin Sites.

      Management of Trunking from Saint James Gate.  

      Fleet Compliance. 

      Develop and multiskilling all key staff to be familiar in both planning and Customer Service duties to manage absence from the Office. 

      Singular point of contact for STL Retail and Customer Service relationship with our customer

      Manage and control of all costs related to fleet.

      Raising PO's to 3pl suppliers.

      Control of Retail Payroll & Holiday Entitlements through TMS.

      Utilisation on resources vs Numbers of Trucks.

      Fleet Compliance such as driver hours/ tachograph hours/ CVRT. 

      Innovation support Microlise / Truck file/ POD capture on glass.

      Health & Safety & Accident Reporting of all Retail.

      Management of LA loaders and their schedule & any loading errors. 

      Business KPI's .


The candidate: 

      Experience within Transport Management role 

      Proficient in use of SAP, Excel, and other MS and IT packages

      Communicates clearly and effectively 

      Possess strong leadership skills 

      Work under tight deadlines to communicate with our customer
