Role Purpose
The overall purpose of the MNC Sales Team is to grow Vodafone’s Business across Multi-National Accounts by delivering solutions to support Vodafone Ireland achieve its ambition as a European digital leader.
Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:
You will have global responsibility for the accounts you manage, which will involve leading a number of National Account Managers (NAM) in the local markets. MNC GAM is responsible for growing the business with strategic clients identifying opportunities and leveraging Vodafone’s market leading solutions across Mobile and Fixed Connectivity, Security, IOT and Cloud solutions. As the GAM you will be expected to have a detailed understanding of the customer's industry, associated business priorities which will inform future 'business outcomes focused' proposals. Establish strong C-Level relationships within your accounts that are HQ’ed in Ireland leveraging Vodafone Leadership team and Marketing activities accordingly. Understanding the account landscape and maintaining an up-to-date account plan to support the objective of identifying opportunities and target customers for Mobile and Fixed Acquisition. Experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs Lead and protect the mobile revenue while growing market share through increased mobile subscription. Responsible for ensuring Customer is kept informed of Vodafone Ireland and Global capability, strategy and innovation developments/investments. Responsible for maintaining and growing the Customer's Revenue with Vodafone (across Mobile & Fixed). Responsible for renewing and growing Mobile business ensuring all customers are in contract, upselling Value-Added Services (VAS), and driving net new Mobile sales to drive future growth. Responsible to drive NPS across their Accounts, gaining insight on any detractor challenges across their Accounts and proactively sharing within Vodafone for action.Overall responsibility
Revenue retention & growth (via Mobile and/or Fixed) Account stakeholder relationships and developing/expanding our stakeholder map Global Account strategy RFP/RFI visibility and Influence (Mobile - lead, Fixed - support Solution Sales) Mobile Pipeline generation and coverage Identification of Fixed Pipeline opportunities, working alongside Solution Sales (who lead engagement/progression of the Fixed Opportunities) Customer/Market analysis to identify trends and opportunities Shared responsibility for adoption of Vodafone products and services Protection of Mobile subscription base and annual growth thereof. Global Interlock with aligned NAMs to ensure growth of revenue within local markets
What KPIs will you be measured on:
Strategic alignment with C-Level executives within your accounts to uncover large strategic opportunities for Vodafone while supporting the NAMs in the day-to-day activities of running the account. Achieve local and global targets associated to fixed and mobile business Pipeline identification and growth measured weekly across fixed and mobile with expectation of 3 x cover Growing and Increasing Revenue across fixed and Mobile Leveraging Vodafone Senior leadership and marketing activities to expand buying centre within account base Act as Global escalation point for your accounts as required

Senior sales professional with 8 years plus experience in strategic complex sales role in a highly competitive environment Develop account strategies for securing and growing Vodafone's footprint based on account specific requirements and goals, including an understanding of industry requirements. (Experience conducting SWOT/PESTEL analysis would be a benefit) Ability to lead a distributed team to deliver and win complex strategic global proposals Deep understanding of ICT and digital transformation Strong communication/influencing skills. Self-starter Strong expertise in identifying and developing relationships with Senior Stakeholders across Target Customers. Ideally exposure to sales methodologies ( MEDDDPICCC)
