The GTM Initiatives team aligns with the Global GTM Enablement organization and, as a team, reports to the Chief Revenue Officer. The team’s responsibilities include implementing and evolving our sales methodology, delivering relevant enablement & training programs, providing targeted coaching, optimizing sales resources, and equipping leadership with actionable insights. We constantly pilot and innovate our programs, leveraging technology, tools, and AI/ML to accelerate productivity. The Senior GTM Enablement Manager is a featured part of the team designed to improve the sales organization's performance strategically. You will have a unique opportunity to work across multiple business units (i.e., GTM teams, Product, Sales Strategy, etc.) to design and implement enablement programs for sales globally. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with GTM enablement teams to design a cohesive content strategy for the field.

Responsibilities include

Act as a key member of the GTM Initiatives Team supporting global programsDesign, develop, and execute GTM Enablement solutions that align with strategic initiatives and overall business goalsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support program, process, and product updates (across Product, GTM, and Operations) by developing and implementing specialized training programs for global sales teamsDesign robust learning objectives and align KPIs to measure learning programs successfully and own the seller’s learning experienceEstablish relationships with Sales Leadership to translate feedback in clear and actionable waysOptimize continuous learning ever-boarding initiatives, including sales process, sales methodologies, and programsProduction of in-person & virtual training with domain expertise and passionProviding subject matter expertise to the field through both eLearning, remote learning and in-person sessionsLeverage our suite of enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity (Highspot, MindTickle, Salesloft) 

In your first 60 days, you will 

Familiarize yourself with our business model, organizational structure, and sales collateralAttend new hire sales training to learn about MongoDB’s technology, what we sell, and how we sell Gain competency with our enablement tools (Salesloft, Highspot, MindTickle) and content development process Dive deep into team objectives and individual responsibilitiesBe a major contributor to curriculum and content development for a net new training or initiative to optimize ongoing training (eLearning or in-person)

The ideal candidate will have

4+ years in sales enablement 4+ years of field sales experienceExperience training sellers of various levels of seniority through various modalities such as in-person, virtually, or self-paced e-learningA high degree of confidence and poise when presenting to a sales audience and executives - the ability to see the ‘big picture’ when managing a roomA track record of developing and implementing impactful strategic programsAbility to build trust and clearly communicate with multiple stakeholders across businesses. Self-starter mentality with a high degree of follow-through. This person can own and take tasks through to completion.Strong project management skillsThe ability to network inside the company, create relationships, and source inputExperience owning large-scale initiatives such as Sales Kick Off, or building and implementing a new sales process across multiple roles Experience implementing Sales Methodology training preferred (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)Familiarity with databases, developers, and open-source technology is a plusCommand of The Message Certified (preferred) Willingness to travel up to 20% of their time
