Wisetek has a requirement for a E Commerce Sales Manager working in the Product Sales Division currently based in our HQ building in Dublin Hill, Cork. This role will cover a fixed term assignment for a period of 12 months. The individual will be responsible for selling IT commodities - Consumer products (Phones and Laptops) and Enterprise (Servers, Storage, Networking equipment & components eg Memory, Hard drives etc.)

Roles and Responsibilities but not limited to

Ecommerce Website Management:

Manage the daily operations of ecommerce websites. Ensure website content is regularly updated and accurate. Enhance website functionality and user experience. Monitor website performance and address any issues.

B2B Sales Management

Source and onboard new repeat buyers. Develop relationships with B2B customers. Manage Customer Service-related activities.

Product Management Support:

Help manage the product lifecycle from planning to execution for products listed on the ecommerce sites. Work with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate listing of products. Optimize product listings for SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Campaign Management:

Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies are aligned. Assist in the utilization of various digital marketing channels, including email, social media, PPC, and content marketing. Monitor and report on campaign performance.

Reporting and Analytics:

Track and report on key ecommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and sales. Provide regular updates and insights to the Outbound Sales Director. Use data to help optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in ecommerce sales, IT product sales. Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, ebay). Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing software, social media advertising). Thorough understanding of MS Office tools: Excel, Word Experience with B2C ecommerce. Basic knowledge of SEO best practices. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and website development. Proven ability in a sales team environment with a proven capability to deliver in individual and team objectives. Sales experience in the IT industry for B2B customers an advantage Proven track record of exceeding annual revenue and profit targets. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges Support Company Environment, Health and Safety Policy. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
