  • Assist architectural staff with compiling paperwork for various statutory applications and letter writing.


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in office administration, invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
