Our role

We currently have a vacancy for a Senior Manager – HR Operations. Reporting to the HR Director, this is a very exciting role with the opportunity to use broad based HR skills at a senior level while contributing to the development of the firm. This role oversees the successful execution of HR processes and technologies to drive an efficient and optimal employee experience. This role manages a team of HR professionals, providing leadership and guidance, and ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Who you are

You are a passionate HR professional, with experience in coaching senior leaders and driving operational excellence You have a thorough understanding of HR best practices, employment law and regulations You have strong experience in employee relations, performance and reward, learning and development and talent management & acquisition You have demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures You possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality alongside an energetic, resilient and enthusiastic attitude You have a strong track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships to deliver business needs You are a known team player with great communication skills and are an ambassador of incredible employee & team experience You are highly responsive to stakeholders and have a natural ability to translate strategic business needs into practical service delivery requirements You are highly organised with the ability to manage a diverse workload, multiple priorities and deadlines You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to the business You are technically proficient and have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment You have a degree/masters in HR with additional qualifications in employment law or organisational psychology desirable You are a HR Manager with a minimum of 10 years’ HR experience, with at least five in a management role

How you will contribute

As Senior Manager of HR Operations you will build relationships with the senior leaders within the Firm, partner with the various business streams and proactively anticipate issues and needs while providing solutions to address & support strategic initiatives through the day-to-day operational HR activities of the team Working together as a member of the HR team, you will support projects in internal & global mobility, the annual graduate campaign as well as a number of ongoing programmes in development, wellness, diversity, belonging & inclusion, communication, people strategy and recognition Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the Firm's goals and objectives Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues Oversee the performance management process and ensure that employees receive regular feedback and coaching to enhance their performance Manage the compensation and benefits programmes, including salary structures, bonus programmes, payroll and health and welfare benefits Ensure compliance with employment law and regulations Oversee the HRIS system and ensure data accuracy and integrity Monitor and analyse HR metrics and provide regular reports to senior management on HR operations and trends Manage HR projects and initiatives as part of the People Strategy and to deliver key organisational projects such as acquisitions, overseas integrations, organisational changes etc.
