Skillset Requirements:

  • Handle incidents and service requests following the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
  • Resolve complex technical issues for a diverse range of users, including staff, board members, contractors, and partners, ensuring a clear resolution.
  • Ability to convert technical information into a non-technical language.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to escalate issues appropriately for timely resolution.
  • Organise and manage workloads efficiently, ensuring that all tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Oversee the lifecycle of each service request, providing escalation support to the 1st line team when necessary.
  • Contribute to the development, updating, and implementation of best practices for IT service management.

Key Technologies:

  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Microsoft SharePoint 2016 / SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Web Server Environments
  • Windows 10 / 11 Operating Systems
  • Mobile Device Management, including Android Mobile OS configuration

Selection Criteria:

  • Candidates must hold an EU passport or Stamp 4 Visa.
  • Proficiency in English is required, with candidates needing either native fluency or a CEFR Level C2 certification in English proficiency, or equivalent.
