The Information Security team is actively looking for an experienced Identity Developer focused on Identity services and technology. Are you passionate about using solutions and technology to securely provide access to systems and resources. What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be part of the Information Security Identity and Access Management team which is responsible for delivering and securing technology that supports the Lilly mission. In this role, you will partner with the various businesses, , and larger information security teams to drive optimization across service and processes in Information Security. You'll be a key contributor in identifying improvements and innovatively design solutions to accelerate and drive efficiencies. You will use technology and software development to create new integrations and automations to deliver technical solutions and self-service capabilities for business enablement of security services.

How You’ll Succeed:

As anIdentity Developer in Information Security, you will bring your technical experience to develop, design, test and implement technical solutions including automation to enhance Identity & Access Management services.

Engage in requirements discussions, design, prototype, configuration activities to develop and document solutions to meet the business requirements.

With attention to detail and proactivity you will identify where opportunities exist in which automation improves user experience, security, and efficiency. 

By maximizing your security experience, you will ensure the technical solutions implemented achieve optimal security, performance, quality, user experience, and responsiveness.

As a superb communicator with strong interpersonal skills, you will work and collaborate effectively on a team including with remote team members, to define, design and implement technical as well as automation service improvements.

With a high level of curiosity and bigger picture thinking, you will conduct research to provide solutions acrosshighly complex problems.

What You Should Bring:

Knowledge of fundamental security principles.

Knowledge and/or experience across identity and access management technologies such as privileged access management, directory services, federation, multifactor authentication, access governance and identity lifecycle management.

Experience developing process and data flows along to identify process simplification and streamlining opportunities.

Implementing automation plans along with the ability to transition optimized processes to service owners.

Experience working with MIM, ServiceNow, Power BI and/or similar automation platforms.

Experience developing solutions with .NET, C#, Logic Apps, Python, NodeJS, PHP, PowerShell or other development and scripting languages.

Experience working with AWS and Azure.

Experience with Query Languages such as SQL.

Experience securing and using APIs.

Experience working in Agile teams and using tools such as Confluence and Jira

Experience using tools such GitHub to create and share code.

Familiarity working with container-based environments and Infrastructure as Code.

Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) for ensuring application quality and reliability.

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Technology or related technical field OR

Secondary level education with 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related field. 

2+ years of experience designing/supporting identity and access management systems.
