Assist Provide a range of consultancy and technical support services, which can be used on a standalone basis or combined with our other services. Manage We manage different types of complex projects on behalf of our clients, which vary from overseeing large aircraft redelivery programs, to managing whole aviation portfolios.CTAAM are part of the Charles Taylor group which is a global provider of professional services.

Charles Taylor has three distinct business areas – Claims Services, InsureTech and Insurance Management.
Charles Taylor was recently acquired by an investment company managed and controlled by Lovell Minnick Partners LLC. Lovell Minnick is a US Private Equity firm that invests in the global financial services industry, including related technology and business services companies, with a focus on helping to build long term value for clients, employees and shareholders. The acquisition will support the continuation of Charles Taylor's successful growth strategy, with a focus on expanding client relationships, broadening specialist capabilities and the range of services and technology solutions, deepening geographic coverage, and reinvesting in quality of service and technology.
The Role
Due to continued growth of Charles Taylor Aviation Asset Management, the Resident Technical Manager will be working closely with our CTAAM’s CEO and play a pivotal role in establishing our CTAAM as an aviation consultancy / technical services provider within your region
Key Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:-
Establishing CTAAM as an aviation consultancy / technical services provider within your region Develop and maintain professional relationships with local clients. Management of local consultants to support projects within your region. Performing aircraft condition surveys and technical records reviews (Pre-Purchase / Mid-lease Inspections) Provide technical support (records and/or physical) during aircraft redeliveries. Drafting technical reports and auditing technical documentation (eg. AD, SB, Repair records etc.) Aircraft maintenance check representation and Dent & Buckle surveys Continuing Airworthiness Management activities Other responsibilities may include; Supporting projects and sales activities globallyRequired skills
Extensive professional network Managerial experience with the desire to build a regional team to support our clients needs. Proven track record of managing aircraft redeliveries. Previous experience in auditing aircraft technical records during aircraft redeliveries. Extensive knowledge of FAA and EASA Regulations. Hold an engineer’s licence or an aeronautical degree. Must be prepared to travel internationally and often at short notice. Located in Singapore, Florida (Miami) and Ireland (Dublin/Shannon) may be an advantage, but all locations considered.
