Office Administrator - Galway City
IDEAL CANDIDATE.
- Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in General Administration / Customer Service / Logistics function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
- Have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- The Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly and accurately.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
THE ROLE
- Work on own initiative to provide admin support dealing with queries: face to face, email and telephone.
- Maintain and update data base, invoices, and general record keeping between Customers and Drivers.
- Maintain and updates employee information and changes.
- Liaise with other administrative staff within the Department.
- Coordinate and log the requests.
- Deliver a high-quality admin service and be customer focused.
- Keep the document management system up to date.
- Updating and maintaining the Records System daily.
SALARY Range
€16-€17 per hour
