IDEAL CANDIDATE.

  • Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing and friendly personality.
  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in General Administration / Customer Service / Logistics function.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook.
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • The Ability to learn quickly, communicate clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

THE ROLE

  • Work on own initiative to provide admin support dealing with queries: face to face, email and telephone.
  • Maintain and update data base, invoices, and general record keeping between Customers and Drivers.
  • Maintain and updates employee information and changes.
  • Liaise with other administrative staff within the Department.
  • Coordinate and log the requests.
  • Deliver a high-quality admin service and be customer focused.
  • Keep the document management system up to date.
  • Updating and maintaining the Records System daily.


SALARY Range

 €16-€17 per hour
