Overall Purpose of the Job
To take the lead in providing Facilities Management on the premises. Reporting to theContracts Manager you will assist and take ownership in providing facilities management &facilities related projects including moves management, space planning, administration, financialcontrol, logistics, H&S, energy management of the highest quality, enabling the business to carryout their business activities in a safe comfortable, productive and cost effective environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Providing timely reports to the client and Contracts Manager to keep them updated on all projects and office moves on site. Maintaining auditable records for all in-house and outsourced Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities and ensuring orderly document filing. Assisting in managing the operational direction of outsourced resources involved in building, engineering, and FM services, including quality performance. Tracking and resolving all facilities activities and requests promptly according to helpdesk SLA, providing feedback on each issue. Conducting periodic reporting to the client (monthly, weekly ad hoc) and identifying ways to improve efficiency in facilities services. Ensuring all assets are added into Workforce Management (WFM) in accordance with Apleona requirements. Undertaking ad hoc projects as necessary, as directed by the Contracts Manager.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5 years experience working in a facilities environment Excellent pc skills, including Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint and project Suitable experience in Health and safety, and environmental issues.
Working Pattern
Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm.
