We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in the Success Factors implementation and transition to the HRIS manager position after the implementation is complete. Initially, you will work closely with our HR Operations team to gain a thorough understanding of our current operations and processes. Following this, you will join the Success Factors implementation team as the HR Operations subject matter expert, focusing primarily on the SuccessFactors Employee Central Module implementation. After the implementation, you will take on the role of HRIS Manager, overseeing the support and maintenance of the system for the HR function.
This role requires a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in HR operations and hands-on experience with either SuccessFactors (preferred), Workday or other cloud-based HR system.

We ideally need you to have the following on your CV:
HR Service Delivery Management:
Previous experience in delivery and management of day to day administrative and operational tasks involved in managing employees throughout their employment lifecycle employee data management, employee relations, policy development and compliance with employment laws.
HRIS Systems:
Hands on user experience of Success Factors, Workday or other cloud-based HRIS systems.
Prior involvement in the implementation of a HRIS system.
Previous HRIS administration experience is highly desirable but we will consider experienced HR Operations Managers who are eager to upskill in the area of HRIS.
Responsibilities
Pre-Implementation: Work closely with the existing HR Operations team to understand their processes, policies and procedures and their intersections with payroll, recruitment, onboarding, learning, payroll, performance and development and compensation and benefits. During Implementation: Be the HR Operations subject matter expert for the upcoming Success Factors programme (primarily for the employee central module) being key to the design, test and deployment stages of this implementation. Collaborate with subject matter expert colleagues from recruitment, onboarding, performance and development, learning, payroll and compensation and benefits throughout the implementation. Post Implementation: Manage the provision of ongoing support and maintenance of the Success Factors system post-implementation working closely with IT and external support partners as needed. Point of contact for all HRIS-related inquiries and issues post implementation. Continuously analyse HR processes to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements in the system as required. Liaise with the Success Factors external support team ensuring service level agreements are observed. Manage twice yearly system upgrades, configurations and updates to ensure Success Factors continues to meet business needs. Collaborate with the internal training team in managing the development and delivery of training programs for end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the HRIS system. Ensure data integrity, compliance and security within the HRIS system. Stay updated with the latest HRIS trends and best practices.
