Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Responsible Person and Quality Manager. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with industry standards, improving quality management systems, and fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and other relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Act as the Responsible Person for compliance, overseeing all quality assurance practices.
  • Implement and maintain the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and EU GDP guidelines.
  • Facilitate and participate in regulatory audits and client inspections; conduct internal audits and supplier evaluations.
  • Drive a culture of quality within the organization through training and awareness programs.
  • Manage and prepare documentation for Quality System Management Reviews, ensuring all outcomes are tracked and reported.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote quality initiatives and continuous improvement.

Additional Information:

  • Location: Ireland
  • This role involves occasional travel within the UK for audits and inspections.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Quality Management, etc.).
  • Solid experience in quality management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
  • Valid qualifications as a GDP Responsible Person.
  • In-depth understanding of GDP, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and negotiation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to adapt to a dynamic working environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
