The Role. 

GMC are currently looking for a Data Support Administrator to join our team. 

This position is perfect for individuals with a strong investigative mindset, keen attention to detail, and a methodical approach to tasks.

As a Data Support Administrator, you will work closely with a senior Data Analyst, contributing to the collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting of data to support key business operations.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, such as collect and compile physical and digital information from various sources, ensuring its accuracy, integrity, and relevance.
  • Analyse data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports of findings, maintaining accuracy and clarity for stakeholders s to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Maintain organized records and support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks that enhance overall delivery efficiency.
  • Be the link between stakeholders and project teams, analysing business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering data-driven recommendations to enhance processes, systems, and solutions.


Experience and skills essential:

  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Share Point.
  • Capacity to work with repetitive workload.
  • Experience handling sensitive data.
  • Ability to calculate and interpret data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot patterns or irregularities in data.
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Time Management
  • Be proactive.
