People Insights Manager

Your team

We are seeking a proactive People Insights Manager to join our People Team on a reduced hours basis (3 days per week). This role will be crucial for transforming People data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and embrace our core values (Change the Game, Win Together, Free to be Me and Customer First, Always).

This is an exciting role for someone either starting their career in People Analytics or looking for their next challenge. If you have a passion for data, a knack for storytelling through reports, and an interest in understanding the opportunity for AI in people analytics, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll do

Collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive strategic HR initiatives and measure results.

Focus on the "So What" of the data, ensuring insights are actionable and relevant to People Function and business leaders.

Present findings and recommendations in a compelling manner, tailored to different audiences to facilitate informed decision-making.

Work closely with the wider business and People team to understand their data needs and deliver insights that support their objectives.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of People data through robust data management practices.

Promote data literacy within the People team and other stakeholders by providing training and support on analytics tools and techniques.

How you’ll do it

Prior experience of utilising analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

Ability to present findings and recommendations in a compelling manner, tailored to different audiences to facilitate informed decision-making.

Utilising AI tools and technologies to enhance data analysis processes and uncover deeper insights.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Stay up to date on the latest trends and advancements in people analytics and AI technologies.
