Sales Programme Manager We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Programme Manager, a role working with the Head of Sales Programmes, the Sales Programme Manager will support on the development and execution of all initiatives designed to stimulate growth and improve the overall efficiency of the sales organisation.This role may suit an individual with field sales experience and / or a knowledge of existing business systems. Apply today and discover what your career could look like with Sysco Ireland. Key Accountabilities: Data Analysis: Provide insights by analysing sales data to support decision-making processes. Identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement through data interpretation. Generate custom reports and presentations for leadership meetings. Sales Enablement: Help prepare sales presentations, training materials, and documentation. Ensure sales teams have access to up-to-date tools, resources, and knowledge. Support onboarding processes by preparing training materials and system training for new team members. CRM Management & Reporting: Assist in maintaining accurate data in Salesforce, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date customer information. Create, run, and analyse reports using Salesforce and other reporting suites. Support the sales team with insights to dashboards, pipeline reporting, and data visualizations. Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentation creation. Competent in Salesforce CRM, including custom report generation, dashboard management, and data entry. Familiarity with other sales enablement and reporting tools would be an advantage. Requirements: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Competent in Salesforce CRM, including data management and report generation. Experience with sales reporting suites and data analysis. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Basic understanding of sales processes and sales enablement principles.
