The Director, Product Management, will lead the integration and consolidation on multiple, cloud-based enterprise analytics products with complex machine learning model. The Director, Product Managementis essential in defining and driving the strategy road map for end-to-end technology enabled solutions, ensuring our products add value to our customers while driving profitability for the organization. Primary Responsibilities of the Director, Product Management:
Establish a long-term product portfolio vision and strategy, informed by customer and business needsPartner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impedimentsPartner with Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Client Implementation teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities that drive business growth and customer satisfactionLead market research activities to drive competitive positioning for existing products and defining new productsOversee the execution of short- and long-term product strategies to drive performance outcomes such as membership growth, increased revenue, competitive positioning, consumer experience and performance qualityBuild tools and processes to measure product performance against expectations and facilitate or influence changes to product strategy and features to improve resultsWork with internal and external business partners to ensure successful product launches and improvements, including management and accountability for meeting product performance, cost and timelinessRepresent products to key internal and market-based constituents, including presentations in small or large group forumsDrive alignment across product leaders in the enterprise towards developing common, reusable capabilities and drive enterprise products efficienciesActively collaborate with cross functional teams to drive prioritization and alignments to deliver committed product roadmap itemsAdapt to changing organizational priorities and drive product strategy changes while ensuring client commitmentsYou will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.
Required Qualifications of the Director, Product Management:
Bachelor’s degreeProven track record of managing the full product lifecycle in a Product Manager role, including defining and managing product roadmapsExperience leading the development on cloud-based, enterprise applications with an analytics component Experience with Healthcare data domainsManagement/leadership experience which includes overseeing multiple products simultaneouslyExperience working collaboratively with cross functional teams in analytics setting: data scientists, engineers, analysts, business SMEsExperience successfully launching at least one new product OR commercializing an existing internal productPreferred Qualifications of the Director, Product Management:
Experience incorporating AI features into a product Subject Matter Expertise in the Healthcare Risk Adjustment & Quality spaceMaster’s degree Strong knowledge of Agile software development practicesSAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) or other relevant certifications.Please note you must currently be eligible to work and remain indefinitely without any restrictions in the country to which you are making an application.
