Generative AI Annotator with Finnish - Relocation Package Included

As a Generative AI Annotator, you'll create, assess, and refine question-answer pairs to enhance a large language model (LLM). Your role includes generating realistic prompts, providing high-quality responses, and leveraging your English comprehension and expertise.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately annotate English data following predefined guidelines.
- Evaluate the quality of data resources, machine learning outputs, and internal tools.
- Develop and maintain guidelines for consistent, high-quality classification and content organization.
- Conduct basic research to ensure accurate annotations.
- Offer feedback to improve the data annotation process.
- Provide insights on patterns observed in the data.
- Research new entity categories and best practices for organizing them
CANDIDATE PROFILE
The ideal candidate is experienced in handling fast-paced, high-pressure roles in dynamic environments. They should be client-oriented, enthusiastic, assertive, and motivated to improve large language models (LLMs). Strong data skills, excellent communication abilities, and a flexible, analytical mindset are essential. The candidate must be able to interpret large datasets accurately while following guidelines. We're looking for individuals from diverse backgrounds with a passion for success.
Essential competencies needed for this role are:
⢠High Proficiency in English â C1 Level minimum as per the CEFR.
- Fluency in market language: Finnish
⢠Educational background, undergraduate university degree. Diverse representation across a domain required by the business and listed in the job advertisement is necessary.*
⢠Understanding common social norms (Social dynamics, social media, popular culture)
*Required domains/fields: Biology, Law, Literature and Linguistics, Marketing, Public Relations, Mathematics, Medicine, Nutrition and Culinary, Philosophy, Physics and Astronomy, Psychology and Sociology, Religion, Business Management / Master of Business Administration, Chemistry, Computer Science, Creative Writing, Civil Engineering and Architecture, Economics and Finance, History, Journalism
Other competencies required for the role are:
- Skill in referencing online resources to write accurate, cohesive, and empathetic LLM responses.
- Ability to handle specialized, university-level prompts.
- Experience in data and trend analysis.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing initiatives.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks with sound judgment.
