We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our TEG Public Sector team in Cpl. In this role you will be responsible for the operational management of a portfolio of public sector clients and leading client interactions with support of the TA Partners who are point of contacts. We are looking for someone who is client first approach. In this role you will be working with our internal Cpl shared services teams like PMO & Marketing to ensure that we are delivering our services to our client to meet our SLAs and KPIs.

As Service Delivery Manager you will have the responsibility to lead the client’s end to end recruitment requests, ensuring that our team is meeting the client’s SLAs as per each client’s specific requests and contract agreements. In this role you are required to establish relationships with our key clients,to ensure that our teams are consistently providing high levels of customer service and meeting the needs and challenges of our clients

In this role you will be partnering with the teams across the Cpl group to effectively deliver, support and partner with our clients. We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager who thinks client first and who will partner & lead our teams to work towards providing our clients with a total talent solution to meet their needs in conjunction with the direction from the Associate Director leading TEG Public Sector.

You will be the main point of contact for our strategic clients, driving our relationships forward with them and working to improve and elevate our products and services for our clients. You will be partnering within our teams to ensure our teams are meeting client expectations and being a supportive manager to help them manage situations as they arise with competitions and campaigns running for their clients.

Keys areas of responsibilities

• Leading the client interactions at both operations and strategic levels, weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings

• Ensure a best-in-class approach towards our process, systems and managing our team’s workload to process all client requests

• Partnering with our Associate Director and Shared Services functions (IT, Marketing & Finance) to ensure we are meeting the requirements of our clients.

• Tracking & recording all SLAs & KPIs to meet our client’s needs

• Automating the processes and working with PMO team to see where we can improve our teams manual work to run campaigns more effectively.

• Manage the hiring, training and development of our team to support them in difficult client conversations.

Experience required

• 3+ years’ experience in recruitment with up to 2 years of managing clients relations

• Solutions focused approach to being client first and how best to deliver for our clients

• Experience of working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality delivery of recruitment services

• Ideally having experience within Public Sector recruitment market to provide meaningful insights & market updates to our client

• Providing consultancy and advisory support our clients in the challenges that they are facing

• Flexibility required to travel to client sites in locations around Ireland to partake in person meetings, workshops and client review meetings
