Head of (AI) Artificial Intelligence

Join a well established Financial Investment firm and assist them in scaling the organisation. With offices across the EU, UK & US they are going through a massive growth phase and have recently opened officed in Dublin City Center.

As the Head of AI you will be involved in the early stages of this greenfield imitative and develop a comprehensive LLM model to assist in this first step towards a greater AI Approach. As the Head of AI,  you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's AI strategy and leading the development and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) from the ground up. You will be responsible for leveraging your strong background in Data Science and extensive experience in developing LLMs internally to revolutionize our business operations.

You will work hand in hand with the CTO & Director of Engineering in developing long term strategy to assist them in scaling.

This organisation are leveraging strong technical and business expertise to ensure complex solutions will enable their innovative objectives. In this Head of AI role, you will initially play a hands on role in developing the LLM Models, while also focusing on growing and scaling the team.  They are looking to a Senior individual to join the organisation to help them implement AI into the organisation.   

Reporting to the CTO/CEO you will be a right hand person pioneering this new focus on AI and Machine Learning. This will ideally suit a leader from a technology focused background. A background in Data Science and knowledge within a high preforming and scalable organisation who is comfortable in dealing with challenges and supporting a AI/ Machine Learning focused solutions using AWS technology. 

Experience:

Grow a department of  Data Scientists/ Machine Learning Engineers and Data Analysts – 10 -15+ yrsDrive new innovative AI/ ML Focused solutions  LLM, (AWS) & Pyspark.Technical background in Data Science. ML Engineering and object-oriented programming in a language such as Python.Experience with AWS technologies such as Lambda, Kafka, AWS Glue, S3, Snowflake, Azure etc.Advanced exposure to Architecture and hands on leadershipExperience with scalability.

This position requires a Stamp 4 Visa or EU Passport.
