Responsibilities:

 

  • Assists in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing plans aligned to targeted business outcomes for a single business area. Coordinates with local teams, including IMMs (Integrated Marketing Managers), GTM (Go-To-Market Managers), Business Operations and Marketing Coordinators.
  • Supports planning and execution of priority integrated marketing projects in close collaboration with IMMs, area event leads and GTM.
  • Contributes to report and analyse customer marketing metrics, assist with the creation of reports and analyses of marketing activities delivery and spend, as well as customer engagement metrics, to improve customer engagement by collaborating with solution area and engine owners.
  • Assists with orchestrating and completing work needed across area and local stakeholders, based on CMO Leadership Team directions. Including Calendar management, communication channels management and travel arrangements coordination.
  • Coordinates work between IMMs, GTMs, agency and field to manage the Voice of the Customer program for 10 WE markets, following the program framework, budget and CSA capacity


Requirements:


  • 3 years experience in a marketing operations role
  • Project management skills
  • Stakeholder engagement skills
