You will support the PMO and Project teams to deliver complex construction projects across the UK & Europe.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and we are looking for someone who is organised, enthusiastic, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.

About the role:
  • Organising internal & external project meetings, preparing agendas, distributing materials & documenting meeting minutes
  • Preparing project proposals and presentations
  • Updating and maintaining project CVs using InDesign
  • Supporting the business team in marketing activities & administration
  • Overseeing documentation management across the organisation
  • Assisting the audit team with project and business auditing
  • Guiding team members on company procedures, processes, and governance maintenance
  • Collaborating with the PMO department in managing internal systems organisation-wide
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new systems to enhance business operations
About You:
  • A genuine interest & desire to work in the built environment
  • A methodical approach and an impeccable eye for detail
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels of seniority
  • Excellent writing, analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong IT skills and familiar with (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and InDesign would be an advantage
