What You'll Do

As a Payroll Administrator, you'll have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

  1. End-to-End Payroll Processing: Handle weekly and monthly payrolls for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with Irish laws and regulations.
  2. Data Management: Collate and prepare payroll inputs from various systems, including Time & Attendance tools (TMS, Clockwise, ARS) and the global ERP HR system.
  3. Compliance & Reporting: Manage PAYE submissions via ROS, process starter and leaver registrations, and handle deductions such as pensions, BIK, and share awards.
  4. Employee Engagement: Respond promptly to employee queries, ensuring a positive payroll experience.
  5. Collaboration: Work closely with HR teams, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support Comp & Benefits programs.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Document payroll processes, optimize workflows, and contribute to exciting projects and working groups.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings the following to the team:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a relevant payroll qualification (or equivalent experience).
  2. 2+ years of Irish payroll experience, with solid knowledge of payroll processes, tax, and legal requirements.
  3. Experience using payroll systems such as CoreHR or People XD (advantageous).
