Do you love fun? If you answered yes to all of these questions, you might be what we're looking for in our next Internal Communications Senior Manager, EMEA.

This role, a 12-month parental leave cover, will be part of a dynamic International Employee Communications team, for our global technical client. We're seeking a seasoned Internal Communications expert to lead the charge on EMEA employee communications.

This role will craft and deliver an internal communications plan for key parts of our EMEA business, connect employees and senior leaders, keep everyone in the loop about news and programs, facilitate dialogue and listening with employees, and inspire action. You will also be responsible for supporting key parts of our Distribution (Sales) organization across the region, as well as regularly contributing to other key EMEA projects with our key partners and stakeholders.

This role is not for everyone, and we're looking for that special blend of strategic thinker and creative doer who thrives when collaborating with diverse teams in a fast-paced and complex environment. You'll need to be organized and flexible, a skilled wordsmith, an ace at stakeholder management, a superstar teammate, and a solution-oriented innovator. Being comfortable having multiple projects on the go, navigating the complexities of a global organization, an eagerness to learn, and being at your best in a fast-paced culture will all help you succeed in this role.

In return, you'll join a strong, international team dedicated to driving communications that connect, engage, and empower our employees. We foster a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture in an organization that's consistently recognised as one of the best places to work in Europe and around the world.

Responsibilities:
  1. Communications partner to business leaders: Provide strategic guidance for key EMEA leaders including our EMEA Emerging Small - Midsized Business (ESMB), Human Resources (Employee Success) team and other teams such as Finance, Health and Safety, Real Estate and Workplace Services on planning and executing their respective internal communication activities.
  2. Regional Employee Comms Execution: Support a world-class program of employee communications for one of our clients most diverse global markets which includes the execution of a comprehensive internal communication strategy that aligns with EMEA business objectives, and global communication standards.
  3. Executive Communications: Partner with the Sr. Director, International Employee Communications to support key Internal Executive Communications programs in EMEA/International. Programs include a variety of communication including thought leadership, culture narrative, management of events including Town Halls/All Org Calls, etc.
  4. Sales & Distribution Comms: Support our Distribution communications across regions/operating units, helping drive communications to our Sales and other distribution teams in partnership with our Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and many other key teams.
  5. Content creation and curation: Write/create memorable, engaging communications that drive awareness of key initiatives and inspire employees to take action across channels — including but not limited to Slack, email, digital screens, All Hands/Town Halls, employee events, and video. Curate and develop bespoke internal content to profile the best of what's happening in our region to the rest of our Salesforce team.
  6. Operations and reporting: Partner with the International Communications team and the Global Communication team through shared processes at all levels within the team and the broader organisation. Track campaign results and work with our team and business partners to apply key learnings to future plans.
  7. Change Management Comms: Support the communication aspects of change and business transformation initiatives, ensuring employees are well-informed and prepared for changes within the organisation.
  8. International & Local Impact: Support wider International and Global Employee Comms initiatives, campaigns, and activities as required. As this role will be based in Dublin, we also expect that the individual in the role will partner with/support/back up our Ireland Comms lead on internal programs as required.
