We are looking for a passionate Account Development Representative to join our innovative team. This position is ideal for a proactive, results-oriented individual with an innate ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and fostering enduring partnerships while supporting our growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies tailored to market trends, customer demands, and industry dynamics.
  • Connect with potential clients through diverse communication channels.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Clearly articulate the value of products and services to prospective clients.
  • Analyze client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities in the market.
  • Coordinate meetings and calls between potential clients and the sales team.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Develop, present, and implement marketing campaigns while tracking and reporting results to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with the company's products and services to ensure informed client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with a strong passion for sales and professional development.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong consultative sales approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Outreach.IO is an advantage.
  • Technologically savvy with a keen interest in emerging technologies and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
  • Ability to independently generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
