Your role as our next BDM:

You'll be at the forefront of expanding our reach, identifying new opportunities, and helping businesses transform through our technology solutions. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Drive lead generation: Actively research, network, and engage with potential clients to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies: Work towards quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Understand the market: We want you to stay ahead of industry trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings to refine our approach and position Cozmotec effectively.
  • Pitch with impact: Present our solutions to decision-makers, showing them how our technology can solve their challenges and transform their operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership: Help shape and refine our business development strategy alongside our senior team.
  • Meet (or exceed) targets: Drive results, hit sales KPIs, and be rewarded for your success through our uncapped commission structure.
  • Be the face of Cozmotec: Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build relationships and promote our brand.
