The Client Strategist for our Growth Accounts team focuses on an incredibly exciting segment of our clients, which demands the best-in-class partnership to achieve their business aspirations of growing within the App Store. Description
The EMEA Growth Accounts team requires the ability to scale across a large portfolio of clients with high activity levels and drive impact in a short period of time. Our team is proficient at outreach to engage clients who are active and inactive, responsive and non-responsive. You are responsible for understanding your clients, building trust and prioritizing high value engagements. When preparing for client engagements, you will focus on creating value through positive interactions and are comfortable utilizing internal tools to accurately prepare, pitch & implement opportunities. You are an exceptional communicator, highly analytical, resourceful, resilient, client-focused, team-oriented, and can work independently to meet revenue and business objectives — these behaviors define your role as a Client Strategist.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in performance media sales, including working with a self-serve platform is required.
- Proven success working with small & medium sized app developers or similar role.
- Can demonstrate overachievement and meeting or exceeding sales targets in the digital ads space with a deep understanding of performance advertisers' market strategies and their success measurement tactics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of delivering impactful messages both in person and over the phone.
- Ability to develop initial campaign success across a portfolio of clients, which then leads to credibility and trust, then comes with longer-term success.
- Demonstrate product and industry expertise in client interactions.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple relationships within the performance marketing space.
- Capability of maintaining a robust business pipeline through email, phone, and in-person outreach and moving deals through planned, pitched, agreed, and implemented phases.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage internal and external data sets to facilitate business growth for your clients.
- Natural collaborator with a team-oriented mindset, capable of thriving in a dynamic and exciting environment.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a positive demeanor, with a desire to develop business acumen and client-centricity.
- Proficiency in active listening and asking insightful questions for continuous learning.
Preferred Qualifications
- An innate desire to make a difference, driven by self-motivation and a commitment to excel.
- Fluency in English and a second European language is ideal.
- Proven ability to work independently with flexibility to adapt and manage change effectively.
