Job Title: Italian Customer Support Specialist

Salary and Package: €28,000 + bonus + benefits such as full health and dental care cover, education assistance, travel allowance, ability to work from abroad for a number of weeks per year and more

Shift Pattern: Monday- Friday with the occasional Saturday morning, standard office day hours

Job Location: Dublin City Centre (20 minutes from City)

Working Model: Hybrid Model – 2 days a week onsite + 3 days Work from Home once training is finished- training takes approx. 6 months

Abrivia Recruitment has an exciting opportunity within the financial services industry for an Italian Customer Support Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a company and develop your career. In your role you will meet the needs of client as well as coordinate interdepartmental work, consistently delivering a high quality of customer service and committing to continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, excellent administrative skills, customer service skills as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to be a team player, have a positive attitude, and be passionate about customer service.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Utilising the latest technology to answer customer enquiries
* Answering complex queries regarding services available and if covered under contract.
* Identifying customer needs and providing solutions
* Maintaining customer records
* Providing excellent customer service

The successful candidate should have:

* Previous experience in customer service and/or customer support from retail, hospitality, call centre, administration backgrounds.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English
* The ability to quickly learn and use new software
* The ability to work independently and in a team environment
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
