About the Role:
A leading construction contractor is seeking a Bid/Marketing Coordinator to join their team based in Swords, Co. Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and creative professional to play a key role in the preparation of bids and the development of marketing materials to support the company’s ongoing growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the bid and business development teams to ensure high-quality submissions and engaging promotional content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare tender and bid submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations.
- Collaborate with project teams to gather relevant information and content for bids and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update the company’s database of project information, case studies, and client references.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing strategies, including online and offline campaigns.
- Manage social media content and updates on the company website.
- Assist in organizing events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a bid, tender, or marketing coordination role, ideally within the construction industry.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, or similar software is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- A creative mindset and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Relevant qualification in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
