Graduate Talent and Development Executive

We have an opportunity for an Executive to join the Graduate Talent and Development team in Matheson. You will be delivering streamlined and comprehensive recruitment and training processes for all of our graduate programmes. You will develop your skills and experience working in a dynamic market leading team.

The role

In this role you will:

  1. Provide administrative support in the day to day running of our Trainee Lawyer, Summer Intern, Career First, First Step, Business Services and Legal Tech Programmes;
  2. Support on all group inductions and training sessions;
  3. Prepare for internal events and coordinate sessions with partners;
  4. Prepare for and attend external promotional events and university careers fairs, which may include travelling outside of Dublin;
  5. Provide end to end support for our internal recruitment and selection processes;
  6. Liaise with the careers services and student societies in relevant universities;
  7. Book attendance at the relevant university careers fairs;
  8. Support the team with the preparation of all Law Society of Ireland documentation;
  9. Assist in preparing documentation for internal meetings;
  10. Draft sponsorship agreements for relevant universities;
  11. Co-ordinate a monthly social media plan with innovative content for our social media platforms, working closely with our marketing team;
  12. Keep up to date with the industry and regularly bring new ideas to the team;
  13. Assist with planning and preparation for all joiners recruited through the Graduate Talent and Development team;
  14. Assist with the co-ordination of monthly payroll;
  15. Set up and update employee profiles on the HR system including new starter and leaver workflows;
  16. Coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process;
  17. Arrange for relevant documents to be sworn by solicitors;
  18. Respond to general queries from trainees, graduates and interns;
  19. Manage the graduate recruitment inbox and respond to phone queries;
  20. Process invoices for payments relating to graduate expenses.

The person

  1. You have at least two years' experience in a high volume administration role;
  2. You ideally have a background in HR operations or recruitment in a professional services or corporate environment;
  3. You thrive in a fast paced environment;
  4. You are highly organised and proactive;
  5. You can work independently;
  6. You enjoy working as part of a team;
  7. You are a creative person who enjoys creating digital content;
  8. You are able to use your initiative.
