About Us
We are a leading law firm based in Dublin 2, with a reputation for excellence and a commitment to innovation. Our team is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact in the legal sector.

Your Role
You will be responsible for coordinating university career fairs, managing the graduate recruitment inbox, and working closely with the marketing team to create engaging social media content. Additionally, you will assist with recruitment, training, and event preparation, and support onboarding, payroll, and general administrative duties.

Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. A minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume administrative role is required, along with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure.
