Senior Analyst – Client Onboarding & Distribution Oversight

Our client, a globally recognised investment manager, is currently looking to hire a Senior Associate in their EU Distribution team.

The Position:

Reporting to the Client Onboarding and Distribution Oversight manager, you will be responsible for Project Management, Operations & Oversight of all EU Distribution activities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all associated projects in relation to EU distribution.
  2. Active participation in associated projects across the whole organisation/ManCo.
  3. Ensure EU regulatory requirements are met and report on distribution activities undertaken within the EU.
  4. Support distribution oversight across the wider organisation.
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand what activities they are conducting in various jurisdictions.

Job Requirements:

  1. Experience in distribution oversight and client onboarding is essential.
  2. Experience within Asset Management (preferred) or Fund Services.
  3. Experience dealing with institutional clients and exposure to distribution and relevant CRM operations.
  4. Exposure to various regulatory bodies and relevant reporting requirements.
  5. Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise workloads & meet deadlines.
