We are actively searching for a French Speaking Account Development Representative to join our vibrant team. This role is perfect for an enthusiastic, target-driven individual with a knack for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in expanding our customer base and nurturing lasting partnerships while contributing to our growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute proactive outreach strategies aligned with market trends, customer demands, and industry challenges.
- Connect with potential clients through multiple communication channels.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Clearly convey the value of products and services to prospective clients.
- Analyze client needs and propose customized solutions.
- Identify and actively seek out new business opportunities.
- Arrange meetings and calls between potential clients and the sales team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed set performance KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Design, present, and execute marketing campaigns while providing performance reports to internal teams.
- Stay updated on company products and services to maintain a deep understanding.
- Native or fluent in French (C1 level) with strong English proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Highly motivated with a strong passion for sales and professional growth in the field.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in business development or sales, ideally within the SaaS industry.
- Strong consultative sales approach focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Outreach.IO is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with a keen interest in technology and the ability to quickly grasp and explain complex concepts.
- Ability to independently source leads and develop a strong sales pipeline.
