Location: Remote within Ireland or Hybrid in Dublin
Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary Contract
Compensation: Competitive base salary + bonus structure based on performance

What You'll Do:

Lead the entire sales cycle, nurturing qualified leads through to closing
Analyze data and implement solutions that create real, measurable results
Be the voice of our products, championing our value proposition to clients
Build trust and credibility with prospects by delivering relevant, insightful communication
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, collaborating closely with leadership, marketing, and clients to drive revenue objectives

What We're Looking For:

Language Proficiency: C2 or fluent Italian speaker and strong English skills
Experience: 2+ years in sales, recruitment, or building business partnerships, with a background in SaaS, online marketplaces, or IT services as a plus
Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Attitude: Goal-oriented, adaptable, and ready to tackle challenges with a positive, team-first approach
