  • Maintain sufficient phone staffing and adhere to schedules

  • Ensure team compliance with standards

Requirements:

  • APA Qualified, CIP Preferred
  • Demonstrate team management, leadership, and development skills
  • Exhibit strong technical and product knowledge

Adhere to Central Bank's Minimum Competency Requirements
