About the Team

This is an exciting time to join the Global Partners Organization (GPO) at Workday. We are dedicated to developing and supporting partnerships that drive innovation and growth through Industry differentiation, expanded reach, and customer success. Join us as we lead a global change in paradigm and implement a unified partner strategy with a local touch, involving cross-functional engagement in programs, systems, processes, and people.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Partner Enablement and Communications Manager to join our Partner Engagement Team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our partner ecosystem by creating effective communication strategies and providing resources to help partners and workmates thrive with Workday.

About You

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Manage partner enablement initiatives from start to finish, equipping partners and workmates with essential tools, training, and resources for promoting, selling, and implementing Workday products and services.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify partner training needs and develop relevant materials like sales collateral, presentations, and videos.
  • Coordinate global and regional partner enablement events.
  • Evaluate partner performance and training effectiveness regularly to identify areas for improvement.

Communications:

  • Develop and assess a regional communication plan.
  • Create engaging content for different communication channels like newsletters, emails, and social media.
  • Work with internal teams to gather relevant insights for communication materials, ensuring alignment with company messaging.

Change Management:

  • Implement strategies for change management to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new initiatives.
  • Identify areas of resistance to change and develop mitigation plans for successful implementation.
  • Lead communication efforts to convey the reasons behind changes, provide essential training and support, and address concerns throughout the process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in crafting partner and workmate enablement and communication programs for enterprise, SaaS, or cloud-focused organizations.
  • 2+ years of experience in creating high-quality, visually appealing enablement materials that educate and motivate audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven program management experience with attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate business value effectively.
  • Ability to create compelling content for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset and curiosity focused on performance.
