What you'll do:

  • Partner with variousbusiness units to offer thought leadership on how to develop andimplement the right people and organisational solutions to executebusiness strategy.
  • Accountable for the design and deliveryof strategic people plans to enable business outcomes.
  • Actas a local point of business expertise for CofE's to help shape peopleproducts & services.

What you'll bring:

  • Demonstrable successin influencing senior business stakeholders as business partnering, toadopt appropriate people strategies which enable business outcomes.
  • Business partnering to support the delivery of the overallpeople strategy across Ireland.
  • The ability to seek andanalyse data from multiple sources to get to the root cause ofbusiness issues and use this to effectively match CoE products tobusiness issues.
  • A broad understanding of different aspectsof HR, including demonstrable experience of shaping people productsand services with diversity and inclusion at their heart.
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and building robust peopleand culture plans to support business transformation and an engagedwork force.
  • Demonstrable experience leading organisationalchange, including organisational design best practice and embeddingchange.
  • The ability to work both alone and collaboratively,working closely with your peers in the Group HR team and more broadlyacross Sky and Comcast
