Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the team at Red Bev Brands. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels. Your excellent communication skills and deep product knowledge will play a key role in promoting our beverages and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Connections: Build and maintain relationships with clients in assigned territories across different channels.
  • Sales Execution: Present products, secure distribution, and drive visibility and consumer activations.
  • Trend Tracking: Stay updated on market trends and competitors' strategies to provide valuable insights.
  • Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Sales Process: Deliver tailored sales presentations, negotiate deals, and ensure accurate order processing.
  • Reporting: Maintain customer data and provide regular updates within your territory.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create impactful campaigns and contribute to building a unified brand presence.
Requirements

  • Excel in target-driven environments and exhibit an ambitious attitude
  • Be adaptable and eager to learn about new products and industry trends
  • Possess a valid driver's license and be open to travel within designated territories
