To support this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team plays a crucial role in helping clients understand how to effectively utilize our advanced AI products within their organizations. This team comprises professionals from Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnerships, collaboratively creating valuable solutions to democratize AI accessibility.

About the role

As a leader in this position, you will oversee the development and implementation of the EMEA sales strategy. Your task will involve building and managing a proficient team of outbound and inbound sales development specialists, focusing on acquiring new clients and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will bring significant experience in sales and sales development leadership, coupled with a deep understanding of AI technologies. This individual will need to adapt effectively to a dynamic and evolving tech landscape. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training SDRs, expanding into new markets, generating high-quality leads and revenue, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team ethos.

Moreover, the successful candidate should demonstrate effective leadership skills, fostering cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and core GTM teams, while guiding and mentoring the SDR team towards shared business objectives.

This role is located in Dublin. We follow a hybrid work model, with employees spending 3 days in the office per week, and relocation support is provided for new hires.

In this role, you'll:

  • Lead a team of inbound and outbound SDRs
  • Recruit and onboard new SDR team members
  • Coach SDRs in identifying, contacting, and nurturing qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Analyze sales data to optimize processes and drive data-informed decisions
  • Cultivate an inclusive and high-performing team environment
  • Monitor SDR team performance, offering regular feedback and coaching
  • Guide SDRs in advancing their sales skills through continuous coaching
  • Work closely with Sales to align on account priorities and outbound prospecting strategies
  • Partner with Content, Marketing Program Managers, and Product Marketing on messaging tactics to convert inbound interest into qualified leads
  • Assist in team recruitment and onboarding
  • Contribute to shaping the company culture

We're looking for candidates with:

  • 4+ years of sales development leadership experience in the SaaS industry
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, known for building and scaling successful teams
  • Expertise in optimizing inbound lead generation processes
  • Experience leading outbound teams with personalized, multi-channel, value-driven engagement strategies
  • Profound understanding of SaaS sales methodologies, lead generation techniques, and sales process enhancement
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and driving informed decisions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile technological landscape
  • Proven track record of fostering growth in high-paced environments
