What you'll do

Join Stripe as a Contracts Manager for the EMEA commercial legal team. Collaborate with various teams to support EMEA Sales, enhance operational efficiencies, and contribute to the continuous growth and success of Stripe's commercial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist EMEA Sales by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Contribute to building Stripe's legal infrastructure to support its rapid expansion
  • Collaborate with different teams within Stripe
  • Provide training resources for the Sales team
  • Update online agreements and templates
  • Create and manage playbooks and shared resources
  • Support commercial lawyers in various projects

Minimum requirements

  • Effective communicator in both written and verbal forms
  • Curious and creative problem solver
  • Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership
  • Team player committed to collective success
  • Experienced in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and judgment
  • 4+ years of experience in commercial contract review and negotiation

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in a high-growth company
  • Familiarity with CRM and CLM systems
  • Business-level fluency in French, German, or Spanish

Hybrid work at Stripe

Employees spend at least 50% of their time in their local office or with users, combining in-person collaboration with flexibility for individual and team needs.

Pay and benefits

Annual salary for this role in the primary location ranges from €72,800 to €109,200. Salary adjustments may apply based on the hire location. Additional benefits such as equity, bonuses, retirement plans, health coverage, and wellness stipends are available and will be discussed further during the interview process.
