The ideal candidate:
Is a dynamic and results-oriented Pay Per Click (PPC) Sales Executive and has a strong background in sales, with a specific focus on selling Google and Meta PPC products.

You will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, particularly Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and the ability to effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

As the PPC Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as fostering relationships with our extensive base of motor dealer clients across Ireland.

In a nut shell you will:
Build on top of an already successful PPC product and client base to drive growth in this area by primarily selling Google AdWords and Meta advertising campaigns and be responsible for:

  • Sales Strategy:Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth through the sale of Google and Facebook PPC products for motor dealers across Ireland.
  • Prospecting:Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media platforms.
  • Client Consultation:Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their marketing objectives and challenges and provide tailored solutions leveraging Google and Facebook PPC products. Such meetings will be carried out over the phone, via Microsoft teams and on occasion in person.
  • Proposal Development:Create compelling proposals and presentations that clearly outline the benefits of utilizing Google and Facebook PPC products to achieve the client's marketing goals.
  • Negotiation:Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes and close sales.
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Market Research:Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new developments in Google and Facebook PPC products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Reporting:Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and revenue forecasts to track progress towards targets and inform decision-making.

Technical / Qualification / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in selling digital advertising solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.

Skills

  • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and exceed sales targets.
