Member Service Administrator- Immediate Start

My client is looking to hire a member service administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. Candidates should have previous administration and be passionate about providing an excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Day to day tasks will include:
· Assist with front office duties such as covering receptionist's breaks and handling online bookings for meeting rooms
· Customer service dealing with queries and feedback in a professional manner
· Contacting Members who have recently joined or who are due to renew
· Assist with managing data in line with best GDPR practice
· Resolve any front of house operational or administrative issues that may arise
· Preparing information for management meetings
· Attending team meetings with the wider Membership Team
· Attending events on site and help with the organisation of events
· Monitor and analyse Member engagement with events and the club and work to increase that
· Implementing agreed strategies to engage with Members and research examples of good practice
Person Specification
Candidates applying for the role should:
· Have customer service experience
· Show excellent attention to detail,
· Display a positive attitude and openness to training/up-skilling
· Be able to follow established procedures
· Communicate in a polite and professional manner
· Possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills
Be flexible regarding working hours – there may be a need to attend events early morning / evenings.
This position requires an immediate start , and due to the nature of the position attendance on site is required full time.
