RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
  • Meet individual targets while contributing to overall team and client objectives
  • Quickly grasp and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of client products and services
  • Act as a strong advocate for clients' offerings, creating interest and awareness of their value proposition
  • Share success stories with targeted companies in various industries and regions
  • Identify, expand, and nurture a portfolio of new clients for the company
  • Source leads independently, build a pipeline of high-quality leads, and identify potential opportunities
  • Develop proactive outreach strategies that align with market trends and offer effective solutions
  • Maintain a well-organized pipeline by tracking activities and updating records in a CRM system
  • Schedule appointments for sales teams based on specific qualification criteria and ensure high engagement and conversion rates
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends, product feedback, customer insights, and key learnings from customer interactions
  • Proactively seek out challenges and present innovative solutions

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA Degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, Microsoft Office, GSuite, and CRM tools
  • Fluent in English with additional fluency in native languages as required
  • Confident, able to build trust quickly, and possess strong communication skills to make a direct impact
  • Excellent listening skills and capacity to synthesize information effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of multitasking and performing under pressure
  • Capable of professional communication, conducting presentations, and product demonstrations via phone and email
  • Attentive to detail with a commitment to follow-through
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, involving collaboration with sales teams, qualifying new business opportunities, handling objections, and demonstrating customer service skills
