We’re looking to hire an Enterprise Business Development Representative (German Speaking) to join our massively successful Demand Generation team in Europe. As a German speaker, you will be targeting the DACH region.
You will be responsible for generating high quality opportunities that will generate new revenue. With a strong drive for success, and the desire to excel, you have the opportunity to unleash your business potential and become a top performer within the Demand Generation team.

Have up to 18 months work experience working full time in an inbound or outbound business development role. Proven track record of consistently exceeding goals. Demonstrate ability to uncover business pain and handle objections. Be articulated with strong business acumen. You're an independent, energetic, quick-thinking person with common sense and a thirst for learning. Be resilient; you want to succeed and will try different ways of reaching your goals. Ability to learn quickly and recover from mistakes and share best practice with the teamIn your new role- within 90 days, you will have:
Immersed yourself in the company’s vision, mission, and unique story participating in the onboarding bootcamp. Enrolled in the Sidetrade Sales Academy, equipping yourself with comprehensive knowledge of the Sidetrade software technology and the essential skills to swiftly make a significant impact in the market. Established complete alignment with your manager regarding key objectives and sales targets. Crafted a strategic action plan to drive your success and achieve your goals.Within 12 months, you will need to be:
