SENIOR NATIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER – IRELAND

RESPONSIBILITIES

As our Senior National Account Manager on consumer beauty, you will be working with our distributor to manage the business across multiple channels such as Pharmacy and Grocery.

Your main focus:

Review Company Reports to build an understanding of customer objectives and direction Plan, develop, agree and implement an annual Joint Business plan with the specified customers Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and provide rationale to the Customer Director Provide weekly latest estimates on sales projections to the Customer Director confirmation of upsides and action plans to alleviate shortfalls Deliver maximum consumer engagement from trade investment Build contacts with the forecasting and supply chain teams within the customer to work together to manage the most cost-effective supply chain delivering all potential and operational efficiencies Manage the Team: 1 NAE & 1 Retail Ops Negotiate cost price changes with the customer as appropriate Agree additional distribution/space for Coty brands when appropriate Build strategic plans to build specified categories of business within the customer to deliver short- and long-term company, customer and consumer objectives Develop strategic projects with the distributor to ensure future growth of the business. Support the Head of Ireland in building a strong relationship between Coty and the distributor across all relevant departments within their structure

The commercial team in Ireland consists of 2 NAEs, SNAM & Head of Ireland, and you will work closely together with several functions within the Sales and Marketing departments. All your colleagues are full of passion for our brands, customers, and the work they do. Working in the Irish office you get the dual benefit of being part of a smaller, more agile team whilst also having the support from the wider UK business.
