Role:

This key role will lead and support CPM's company-wide Learning & Development program. The role requires a creative and engaging approach to deliver and evolve the company's L&D strategy. The Learning and Development Co-ordinator will be a champion for the company's DNA values.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging development initiatives that will add value across CPM
  • Support company and client specific induction programs
  • Lead the application of the internal development procedures for the team
  • Support Line Managers with the delivery and application of development needs identified during the Probation and PDP processes
  • Liaise with third party vendors for the identification of learning opportunities outside the business
  • Adapt to best practices and new trends & developments in the L&D space
  • Plan, draft and manage key L&D communications
  • Coordination of all L&D activity across the business
  • Liaise with senior management to ensure training needs assessments are carried out
  • Influence and drive continuous improvement through creating and developing good working relationships with managers and employees
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports on department activity
  • Experience working within an L&D environment, and a clear understanding of sales and field marketing
  • Sales / Marketing L&D or Training experience desirable
  • Prior experience and proven advanced ability in Microsoft Office
  • Third-level Learning & Development or Sales Training qualification is an advantage
  • Full driver's licence and own vehicle
