Main Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships for a specific set of accounts from proposal to handover to Operations.
- Coordinate with various departments (Sales operations, resource management, operations, and pre-sales) to ensure prompt and precise client communications.
- Participate in relevant marketing and industry events.
- Strategically develop and expand a portfolio of existing accounts by grasping client requirements and aligning them with our services.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within current accounts to enrich client value and strengthen business ties.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions effectively meet client needs and expectations.
- Regularly update the CCO on account status, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated success in surpassing OTE in a Sales role.
- Business development mindset with a natural inclination towards account management and sales.
- Experience in account management within a services or technology services setting.
- Strong analytical capabilities to assess data and performance metrics for driving account strategy.
- Ability to collaborate across teams to provide client-focused solutions.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
- Organized with strong interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge and sector-specific experience.
- Strong personal drive and ambition for career advancement.
Education:
- Preferred tertiary qualification.
- Additional certifications or training in sales, account management, or related fields are advantageous.
