Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships for a specific set of accounts from proposal to handover to Operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Sales operations, resource management, operations, and pre-sales) to ensure prompt and precise client communications.
  • Participate in relevant marketing and industry events.
  • Strategically develop and expand a portfolio of existing accounts by grasping client requirements and aligning them with our services.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within current accounts to enrich client value and strengthen business ties.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions effectively meet client needs and expectations.
  • Regularly update the CCO on account status, opportunities, and potential challenges.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated success in surpassing OTE in a Sales role.
  • Business development mindset with a natural inclination towards account management and sales.
  • Experience in account management within a services or technology services setting.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess data and performance metrics for driving account strategy.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams to provide client-focused solutions.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer relationship building skills.
  • Organized with strong interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge and sector-specific experience.
  • Strong personal drive and ambition for career advancement.

Education:

  • Preferred tertiary qualification.
  • Additional certifications or training in sales, account management, or related fields are advantageous.
