We're seeking a dynamic Senior Property Manager with extensive experience in Residential Lettings and Tenant Management. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of supporting staff management while maintaining a laser focus on client satisfaction and managing expectations. This role involves working with large institutional landlords in the PRS market, overseeing Tenant Management and Lettings at prime developments on their behalf.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of designated POD.
  • Tracking upcoming available properties & showing of vacant properties.
  • Checking references & Drafting leases.
  • Budget preparation / tracking / BVA's.
  • Day to day management of a tenants and contracts.
  • Tracking rental payments, renewals, and dealing with arrears in accordance with the RTB regulations.
  • Carry out property inspections.
  • Maintain regular contact with key clients /landlords and attend client meetings.
  • Ensure that only approved and suitable contractors are instructed and maintain up to date systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with Residential Tenancy Act 2004, Health & Safety Legislation, Fire Services Act 1981, Occupiers Liability Act 1995, Waste Management and Litter Pollution Acts and Data Protection Act.

Requirements:

Essential:

  • A fundamental understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2004.
  • A minimum of three years relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with computerised Property Management systems such as YARDI.
  • PRSA License – C.

Desirable:

  • Strong verbal, numerical and report writing skills, with a fluency in English.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
  • Good communication, organisational and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent team worker with good management skills.
  • Pragmatic approach to problem solving, and confident with clients.
  • Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards.
