We are looking for suitably experienced persons to join our technical team working on the bench debugging, repairing & testing a broad variety of Electrical/Electronic equipment. The Equipment typically ranges from Power Supplies (SMP's) and Power Inverters to Servo Drives/Motors, Digital & Analog Circuit Boards, PLC Controllers and various other pieces of Industrial Electronic equipment.

The role is primarily to work on the bench using our unique systems to debug, repair and test various equipment at component level. The Equipment typically ranges from Circuit Boards to Power Supplies (SMP's), and various other Electronic and Electro-Mechanical Devices.

Skill Requirements

  • Diagnosing and Repairing on the bench Faulty Industrial Electronic Equipment at Full Component level.
  • Identifying through iterative debug the root cause components related to the fault.
  • Detailing appropriate corrective actions required including identifying suitable replacement parts.
  • Soldering, reworking and replacement all necessary components.
  • Updating the in-house tracking system to outline the steps & all technical activity.

The ideal candidate should have Skills & Experience in some of the following:

  • Have a natural talent and knowledge of working on the Bench repairing electronics and/or Electro-Mechanical Devices at the Full Component Level.
  • Qualified in an Electronic/Electrical Engineering discipline and have several years hands on experience.
  • Have knowledge of repairing Circuit Boards, Power supplies (SMP's), and or Electro-Mechanical devices at Component level.
  • Have expertise in high quality rework/repair (to IPC standards) on SMT & PTH devices.
  • Fluent/advanced written and spoken English.

We have a vacancy for a senior experienced Digital Marketing and Sales Executive to join our team to assist with growing Sales though Business Development activities while also working with the current team providing Sales, Customer Services, and Administration Support as required.

The role involves:

  • Being responsible for both acquiring new business and managing new and existing accounts for Sales growth,
  • Developing and implementing the companies eMarketing initiatives and materials,
  • Updating the website and gallery, eBay stock and store and administration on other online sites & portals,
  • Overseeing and driving sales and business development activities, nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients as well as growing the client base.
  • Handling inbound enquiries from existing customers and following up on them as appropriate,
  • Handling new enquiries created by external third parties, referrals and from the websites and other platforms & social networks,
  • Responding to questions & quotations (Full training provided),
  • Preparing customer reports,
  • Leading the marketing strategy and representing the company's public profile through social media, networking and other relevant channels.

The role would suit a person who has:

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong Computer Applications, Desktop Publishing & eCommerce Skills (MS office, WordPress, Photoshop etc).
  • Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Be results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Comfortable Administrating and Communicating within a Technical environment,
  • Interested in being a leading professional in eCommerce and e-Marketing,
