If so, Ornua is actively seeking a Global Director of Talent Acquisition to oversee the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy, enhancing the ability to attract and retain the right talent. As a key member of the Talent and HR teams, you will bring challenge and external expertise to TA processes.

What You Bring To The Role:

  • A strong People Leader with progressive TA experience, ideally in FMCG or manufacturing, and Executive/Professional Search/Headhunting background.
  • Expertise in strategic workforce planning, employer brand development, talent pipelines, and ATS systems.
  • Ability to build relationships, analyze data, and support relevant TA metrics.
  • Flexibility for travel to UK and US locations. Sponsorship not available.
